Long service Celebration

We don’t have a big staff turnover here at Jiffy and when we look at the staff data records it’s very surprising how long some of our colleagues have been with us.

Richard the welder who we still see as a “young un” Has been with us for 12 years

Val in accounts for 16 years

Neil our workshop Manager for 17 years

Paul our Development manager for 20 years

But Vince and John beat them all hands down and have been with us 25 years this Month, celebrating as only we know how in Bradford we all went for a curry to celebrate and in time honored tradition the Directors very kindly bought them both a very nice watch each to celebrate.

John says; “Vince and I started within a couple of weeks of each other and have seen the firm grow from very humble beginnings to where we are now. It’s been quite a journey over the years and between us we held almost every position in the firm. We have a great working environment here and I hope that’s why we retain staff the way we do, Jiffy would be nothing without the guys here who make it happen every day. I can’t believe where the 25 years have gone to be honest, it’s quite scary where your life goes!

So would we both do it all again? Oh yes!”

If you’re already in the catering business and capable of attaining finance at the end of the hire period, we are willing to rent you a truck for 1 Month with a view to purchasing one when you have seen the benefits in taking your produce mobile.

We are showing our Estilo van at the food and drink expo in Birmingham which is hosted at the NEC. The show is on from Sunday the 25^th March to Tuesday the 27^th and we are on stand K159 which we are sharing with AJC Trailers and NCASS. Used Catering Trucks

Due to the continuing success of our current new range and our operators trading up for newer Catering Trucks, we now have a number of quality used Jiffy vehicles in stock and ready to go.

We have decided to have a “1 Month sale” on our second hand stock, they have all being through our workshop for servicing and repair where necessary and will come with 3 Months warranty. This is a genuine sale that can’t last, speak to John or Richard sales now!
