This new innovative design has been totally re thought after having many long discussions with several of our major fleet users. We wanted to focus on the operator, your needs, making your working day easier and making your shop front as attractive as possible.

The New Estilo (Spanish for style) is built on the award winning Citroen Dispatch, this is an excellent replacement for our very popular “Salsa” we have taken all the best bits and made it even better.

The New Dispatch is powered by a 2 litre diesel turbo engine, this gives great economy and ample power, the cab has had a total re-design giving it a modern fresh new look.

The Jiffy body has been shaped to follow the cab making it very aesthetically pleasing to look at, we have kept the striking quilted stainless steel look ® that every one associates with Jiffy, but with its new shaped roof and very stylish bumper we’re sure you’ll agree it looks a million dollars.

Open the doors and you’ll be amazed, on the serving side we have;

The oven,

Powered by the thermostatically controlled tried and tested Eberspacher unit, the oven area has double glazed door system helping to retain as much heat as possible, inside we have the standard 3 deep bain Maries to serve from, and have now created some stainless frames that hold 16 2/3rd shallow perforated bain maries. These are perfect as the stock is more controlled, the perforations allow heat movement and the trays can go straight in the dish washer at the end of your busy days trading. If you would prefer the traditional stainless steel baskets instead, this is not a problem.

Ambient area

We have created something very different here, a horizontal ambient above the fridge for displaying a full range of crisps, with a basket that can be removed for ease of loading and stock rotation. We have provided a central ambient for your morning goods, chocolate etc; these shelves have clear fronts giving your customers perfect vision. Above that we have created another storage area for your unsightly bits. This area is covered by a white Perspex door that also doubles as a menu board. In between the oven and central ambient we have built a vertical storage system for your sauces, spoons etc. There are several bain Maries sat in the counter giving extra storage facilities, as well as the popular bag/napkin holder and wall safe.

The fridge

We have raised the roof here! The evaporator is out of sight from the serving side, cold air is blasted downwards creating an amazing revolutionary air curtain. We have brought the fridge forward into the counter and raised the floor, creating an area that makes all your sales items including the drink racks extremely visible, and easy to reach. The temperature is retained by a tensioned thermal roller blind, when you’re about to serve, simply release the blind and your customers have full access and vision. The blind can also have your company logo on with vinyl lettering!

Around the storage side you’ll find,

Fridge area

We have tried to create something special here making the vehicle as versatile as possible.

We have the traditional through fridge, with extra shelving for your back up stock; this is behind double glazed units to retain the temperature. At the side of this we have created a refrigerated buffet carrying facility. This will carry 9 industry standard bakery trays at 765 x 445. Lots of our customers are now doing a huge trade in pre ordered business lunches, and this feature will allow your vehicle to drop these off whilst out and about on its regular round, also a great feature for delivering buffets out of hours. This area is behind another tensioned roller blind for ease of access and loading.

Ambient storage

The rest of the storage side is racked out with ambient storage shelving, and a self contained hand washing facility.

Other features

As well as the above we have all the standard Jiffy features such as piped music, atmospheric lighting, twin anti-bust door locking with alarm warning system, stainless steel space frame. All the controls are inside the driving area, giving clear readouts on all the temperature controlled areas.

New Panino is an instant success

The Panino has been an instant success since its launch earlier this year. Customers have commented on how easy it is to serve from due to is low ride height, giving them the facility to display all their products to the full. The Berlingo has a lively 1.6 90bhp diesel engine which is very economical and has ample power. It was suggested by one of our customers that we should offer a facility allowing buffet trays to be carried. We listened, and now have produced a Panino with extra fridge on the storage side; this allows you to carry foldable crates for delivering buffets or carrying extra refrigerated stock etc. If you are interested in seeing this vehicle we have a brand new demonstrator hitting the road next week; please call John or Rob in sales to make an appointment.

New Sales Executive

We have successfully appointed a new Sales Executive who will be joining us on the 1st June to work along side John Kennerley in the sales department.

Rob Smith has 30 years experience in the bakery and food industry and will be able to offer you a wealth of knowledge and help within your industry. Rob originally from the North of England has worked all over the World, including South Africa for many years before spending the last 3 years in Australia, one of his largest accounts in Sydney had over 270 mobile food trucks, so he knows his onions.

Rob will be travelling around the country visiting bakeries and food outlets explaining the benefits of going mobile and taking your produce to the customer. If you would like us to pay you a visit please give John or Rob a call.
