After being asked time and again by our customers to produce them a camper to
the same quality standard we have become renowned for, we finally decided to set up
a leisure side to Jiffy  (Jiffy Campers)

Our aim was to produce a leisure camping vehicle containing the features most requested by seasoned camper vanners, whilst built to the highest possible standard.

With 40 years’ experience working on vehicle conversions, we’d like to introduce you to the Jiffy Pioneer.

The Pioneer is based on the Volkswagen T5 short wheel base Transporter that is compact enough to get into areas denied to bigger motorhomes,  yet large enough to give you comfort and security in wild and beautiful places. The Jiffy design team have years of experience travelling in small camper vans to exotic locations and have harnessed this knowledge to design a flexible and user friendly layout. The pioneer is ideal for the adventurous cyclist or mountain walker who wants to escape from the crowds or be first on the hill then return to the comfort and luxury of a holiday home on wheels. The less energetic can travel to remote beaches in the Scottish Islands or cross the channel and can explore the whole of Europe.

Self sufficient camper vanning is free and easy in the Pioneer.

The Volkswagen T5 base vehicle is available in various levels of specification and
engine sizes to suit your needs and your budget. Accessories such as awnings, solar panels, additional tables and alloy wheels can be  added to your order. Jiffy have chosen the most popular in-line layout for the Pioneer and re-thought every component, cupboard and storage space. The eye line lockers over the kitchen area plus over bed locker give easy access day or night and also house LED down lighters. A stainless steel work surface provides space for preparation and incorporates lifting access to a discreet storage area. Also a storage cube in the centre section of the kitchen unit gives greater access to cooking equipment and utensils. You’ll find storage for all your belongings with ample space to live aboard in style.

When building the Pioneer we only use quality items from well know manufactures such as below;

• Reimo roof (Extra roof bed available)

• Rib seat, crash and pull tested with seat belts, headrests and simple to turn into a bed

• Eberspacher night heater

• Sargent electrical control panel

• Waeco fridge

• Smev sink and hob.

We can make the Pioneer as basic or as well specked as you choose, from a simple bed and furniture conversion on your own used vehicle to an all new 170bhp full LWB conversion with air con, night heater, solar panels, roof beds, under board water tanks the decision is yours. We’ll work to your budget and produce you with a quality fit that will give you years of happy camping.
