We were contacted by a customer who’s school had won a catering contract to supply school dinners to another school close by, the food was prepared and stored in hot cabinets at both ends. All they were looking for was a cost effective way of transporting the food whilst keeping it warm and safe.
Solution,
We provided a Berlingo van fitted with a safe none slip washable floor and a quantity of hot box storage systems. The boxes are able to keep food piping hot or cold for up to 4 hours, they are stackable, interlock able and the van can carry 30 boxes giving a total 60 half size bain maries.We can supply these boxes in all shapes and sizes to suit your requirements.
