Need a Repair

At Jiffy Trucks we pride ourselves on our after sales service, we’re fully aware that if your van stops working you won’t be trading the next day unless we can provide a solution fast.
For this purpose we operate a fleet of trucks to keep you trading in the event that your own van can’t be fixed quickly.

I have had a crash what next?

Don’t panic, as long as you’re alright the van will mend. Call your insurance company first, if the van is not usable, explain to the insurance that it’s a specialist vehicle and you need a like for like replacement, if it’s only cab damage you will be able to get it repaired locally at an accident repair centre, if the Jiffy body is damaged it should be returned to us [or we can arrange for its collection].

Call Chris Cole our Customer Service Manager, he will talk you through the whole process and arrange a replacement truck if needed.

The oven has stopped working

Have you run low on diesel? If so please refer to our FAQ page. If not we use Eberspacher heaters, Eberspacher have a nation wide repair network of service agents. If you are local to us you are welcome to call us and book it in at Jiffy, if not then please call Eberspacher on the number below, they will be able to provide the number of your local dealer.

The fridge has stopped blowing.

We use two transport refrigeration manufacturers, Diavia, and GAH, both companies offer excellent after sales service. Diavia are part of the Eberspacher group so use the same agents, and GAH have van based engineers who will come to you. If you are within easy reach of Bradford you are welcome to book it in at Jiffy. If not please ring the appropriate telephone number below, they will be able to provide details of your local dealer or engineer.

We offer a 12 months warranty on our build and the parts fitted within it, this is a back to base warranty for repairs to be completed.

Eberspacher offer 18 months on the D4 heater.

GAH: 01394 421140   ask for service

The fridge comes with 6 months warranty, 12 as long as a 1st service is completed at 6 months.
