Since then, we’ve climbed the mountain, wrestled the beast, and occasionally looked like we were winging it – but thanks to our brilliant team and our wonderful customers (yes, even the awkward ones – you know who you are), we’ve made it.

Next year is the big one – ten whole years. Double digits. We’ll throw a proper party then – with cake, music, maybe even some questionable dancing.

But for today? We celebrate like true champions – with Fish and Chip Tuesday.

Because nothing says “we built something amazing together” like vinegar fumes and the sound of someone asking, “Are you gonna eat that last chip?”

Here’s to us – the dreamers, the doers, and the ones who still don’t fully understand how we pulled it off.
